Marx loved sprawl

I was enjoying a rereading of the communist manifesto the other day when I came across plank #9.
9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of all the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the populace over the country..
So it is good to see that Karl Marx and Randall O'Toole both agree that sprawl is not necessarily a bad thing.
